Restaurant and Bar

Our restaurant and bar is open for Breakfast, Lunch, and Dinner, daily by reservation. Dinner reservations must be made by 12pm each day.  Breakfast and lunch reservations must be made by 5pm the day before.  The bar stocks a full range of spirits and beer, as well as fruit juices and sodas. Mixed drinks, rum punch and other drinks are available.

Food is locally obtained seafood such as conch, grouper, mahi mahi, tuna and lobster in season as well as delicious side dishes such as peas and rice, fresh green salads, soups, and other items. 

Special menus, private parties and restricted dietary needs can be easily met with advance notice. 

Our Sunset Beach Bar is available for private parties for a nominal rental fee which can include a staff member to tend bar if requested.  Local live music can be arranged as well.

Catering

Our restaurant offers side dishes delivered to your boat such as our special Bahamian Mac and Cheese, Cole Slaw, Fresh Green Salads, Rice and Beans, Rice and Peas, Potato salad, French fries and more.  Just arrange with us a day in advance and we will prepare whatever quantity you need.

We also offer breakfast or lunch sandwich delivery.

Provisioning

Reasonably priced cases of bottled water are available in our ships store and gift shop adjacent to the lodge and marina office, and can be delivered to your slip or room on request. Beer is available by the case for very reasonable prices and will be delivered to your slip. Typical brands include Kalik, Kalik Light, Bud Light, and others depending on availability from Nassau. Spirits and cases of soda may also be purchased through the office. 

The lodge can provide a wide range of provisions from our storerooms and freezers and will order anything you need to arrive weekly on the island supply boat. Typical in-stock items are burger patties, chicken, conch, bacon, eggs, milk, cheddar cheese, hot dogs, frozen vegetables, and more. 

Orders for the weekly supply boat (dry, cold, or frozen) must be submitted to our office prior to 12 pm on Monday to make the scheduled Friday delivery. Please note that the mailboat is often subject to delays due to weather and other factors, so delivery is not always on Fridays as scheduled. Normally no later than the Monday following the originally scheduled Friday date. We will pick up, set aside, and deliver to your boat anything you order through us.

Ice

Ice is available in large bags for $12 per bag, including VAT tax. Just ask any staff member for assistance and delivery.

Transportation

We are happy to take you to the local store about 2.5 miles away free of charge when we have staff available. Please ask any dock staff member or inquire at the marina office to request this service. 

Our 9 passenger air conditioned Ford Transit Van is available for transportation to the island’s other airport to meet or drop off for the Bahamasair regularly scheduled flights or otherwise.  Cost is $100 per trip for the whole van.  Trip time to the Colonel Hill Airport is about 35 minutes.  Airport trips must be scheduled one day in advance.   Trips to the Acklins Ferry, Turtle Sound or other locations can also be arranged, please inquire at the marina office.

Laundry

Laundry service is provided for $20 per load plus VAT, and includes wash, dry, fold, and delivery back to your slip or room. Please allow 24 hours for turnaround.

Gift Shop

Please come visit our Gift store in the office building. We have a nice range of T-shirts, shirts, sweats and caps available, including children sizes. Other items for sale include buffs, towels, canvas bags, insulated tumblers and mugs, and a good selection of bug sprays, suntan lotion, Tylenol, etc.
