Our new 35 slip marina offers dockage for vessels to 160’ with 10’ mean low water depths throughout. 

We are located at Pitts Town Point near the 112’ tall Bird Rock Light House, making us a perfect stopping off point for all trips north and south to the Turks and Caicos, Dominican Republic, Puerto Rico and beyond. 

Two fuel docks provide diesel and gas from 6 pumps from a 72,000 gallon fuel farm with primary and secondary filtration.  The fuel dock is open from dawn to dusk daily and offers very competitive pricing. 

35, 50, and 100 amp power is available at each slip along with excellent water from our own state of the art reverse osmosis plant.

Special wide slips for catamarans are easily accessible. 

Our channel is marked with advisory red and green buoy balls and has an approach depth of 15-18’. The marks are subject to movement and should not be relied on as a sole means of navigation. Normal Bahamas VPR (visual piloting rules) should be used.  Keep red marks approximately 75’ from your starboard when entering.  Call on VHF channel 16 when you are at the lighthouse for channel and docking assistance.  We do not accept after dark arrivals except in case of extreme emergency.
